The public entity should execute the request immediately, not later than 7 days from the date of submission of the request. If meeting this deadline is not possible, the public entity shall immediately inform the requesting party about when it will be possible to meet the request, provided that the deadline shall not be longer than 2 months from the date of submission of the request. If digital accessibility cannot be ensured, the public entity may propose an alternative means of access to information. In the event when a public entity refuses to comply with a request for accessibility or an alternative means of access to information, the requesting party may lodge a complaint about the accessibility of the digital website, mobile application, or part of the website or mobile application. After the exhaustion of the procedure specified above, a request may also be submitted to the Ombudsman.
